Redlands Neighbor

Be the business your neighbors know.

How well do you think you're known by your neighbors here in Redlands?

A lot of local businesses find it hard to stay in front of the people who live right around them. Redlands Neighbor is one big postcard, shared by a handful of local businesses, that the Post Office brings to every home on the routes we choose.

No pressure. Just ask, and I'll tell you what's open.

What is it?

It's one big 9" x 12" postcard with a few local businesses on it. The Post Office delivers it to every home on the mail routes we pick, using USPS Every Door Direct Mail. No mailing list, no apps, nothing to click. It just shows up in the mailbox.

The first card goes to about 3,000 homes in Redlands 92373. It's planned to mail in mid-to-late November 2026.

You split the cost of the card with the other businesses on it. If you'd like, I'll design your ad for free from your logo and offer. Or you can send your own.

Who does it reach?

Every home on the chosen routes gets one, not just people who already follow you online. For the first card, that's about 3,000 homes on six mail routes in Redlands 92373.

These are the people who live close by, the ones who could become regulars if they knew your name.

Only one of each kind

Each card has just one business of each type: one dentist, one realtor, one plumber, one church, and so on. If your kind of business is on the card, no competitor of yours will be next to you.

Wondering if your kind of business is still open? Just ask.

Who might it fit?

It's made for small, local businesses that:

  • care about Redlands,
  • like knowing their customers by name,
  • value meeting people face to face, and
  • still believe a good piece of mail can start a relationship.

Does that sound like you, or not quite?

How does it work?

  1. You ask what's open. I check that your type of business is still available.
  2. If it feels like a fit, you pick a spot size and pay to hold it. You get an invoice.
  3. You send your logo and offer. I design the ad for free, or you send your own.
  4. You OK the proof. I print the card, take it to the Post Office, and send you a photo when it goes in.

The card only prints once enough spots are filled. If it doesn't, you choose a full refund or move to the next date.

Curious whether there's a spot for you?

Just curious, how do most of your new customers find you right now? I'd like to hear, even if the card isn't a fit. Send me a note or give me a call, and I'll tell you what's open.
